Tyler Kurz, President, started his career at an engineering firm after graduating from the University of Washing with a Masters in Structural Engineering. He spent the next 6 years working on everything from single family homes to high rise buildings. While he enjoys the technical work, Tyler wanted to experience more hands-on projects in
Tyler Kurz, President, started his career at an engineering firm after graduating from the University of Washing with a Masters in Structural Engineering. He spent the next 6 years working on everything from single family homes to high rise buildings. While he enjoys the technical work, Tyler wanted to experience more hands-on projects in the field and made a career change into Construction Management for a National Home Builder. He has spent the last 7 years managing single family and multi-family sites. Tyler’s passion is in custom home building where he can develop something unique to the client's needs.
Nichole Kurz, Vice President, has a background in human resources and has spent the last 14 years in the tech industry. Nichole loves being creative and has made a hobby out of home design.
Together, Tyler and Nichole have completed many remodeling projects and completed the ground up build of their personal home in 2022. Together, they form a dynamic duo weaving their knowledge, creativity, and love for construction into every custom home built.
